IMPORTANT COVID-19 DELAYS:

Because many of our suppliers are impacted by the COVID-19 shutdowns, we are experiencing some shipping delays on custom orders, and with the restock of our popular items. This MAY impact the shipping time of your order. However, we are doing everything to make sure your merchandise arrives timely.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, First Class Mail. For custom orders, please allow an additional 5-10 day processing time in addition to the shipping time frame. All custom jewelry is assembled by hand and therefore takes additional time to make. Due to the time needed to create many of our custom icy necklaces, it CAN take between 3-5 weeks for you to receive. There is a process of crafting and hand-setting each piece, so it takes time. We will keep you updated throughout the process. Please be patient. This time can/will vary depending on our VOLUME of custom orders.

  • USPS First Class Mail: US 1-3 Business Days once received by the Postal service.

  • Standard Orders: 3-5 Business days to Arrive

  • Custom Orders: Please keep in mind that all custom orders are assembled by hand and can take between 5-20 business days to make and process. THIS TIME CAN VARY DEPENDING ON OUR VOLUME ORDERS.

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

A TRACKING number will be issued to the email address provided when the order was placed. Once your order is ready for shipment; (your custom item is completely made and ready to ship to you), THEN, you will receive your USPS tracking number.

Orders are subject to ship before or after estimated ship date (Due to weather, holiday etc.)

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE?

SZBRAND is not responsible for lost or stolen, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address, or unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. After this, please file a claim with USPS.

RETURN Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Each order is carefully packed and inspected (most times photographed), to ensure you receive your item in the best condition before leaving our hands. Also, all custom orders are made to order, therefore they cannot be returned or re-sold to any other customer. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.

Please understand that we CAN NOT restock items once they leave our stock, Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

No refunds will be accepted.

No exchanges will be accepted.
