JEWELRY CARE

Personalized/ Custom Jewelry: All our jewelry is durable and made of high quality metals. Our jewelry is nickel & lead-free and wont  irritate even sensitive skin. Our Gold plating process is of the best quality and is approved not to turn for at least 2 years. As with all plated jewelry, there are some precautions you can take to ensure the longevity and life of your jewelry.

To extend the life of your jewelry please keep away from water, perfume, lotions, & some hair care products. Because everyone’s body composition is different, some natural oils in a persons skin can accelerate the turning process.  Lastly, it’s best to store your earrings in a jewelry box when you are not wearing them.

The nameplates are made from laser-cut mirror acrylic. To remove smudge or fingerprints, use a lint-free cloth.

The metal hoops are 18k real gold plated.

JEWELRY REPAIR

It is against our policy to repair any jewelry but, there are a few circumstances that will allow us to perform jewelry repair.

1.       Repairs are for CUSTOM JEWELRY ONLY. All “boutique” earrings are final sale. If your pair should break, you must purchase a brand new pair.

2.       If your earrings break within 1 week of NORMAL WEAR and depending on the nature of the damage, we may be able to repair your earrings/necklace. There will be a $10 fee to repair, plus  all shipping costs to be paid by the customer. If your jewelry should break outside of the 1 week period and you want them repaired, there will be a $25 fee (plus shipping cost) paid by the customer to repair the jewelry OR you must purchase a brand new item.
