What material is your jewelry made of?

Most of our jewelry items are made out of acrylic. Acrylic is a plastic more commercially known as Perspex. The metals or other jewelry findings are made from base metal material, with a gold or silver finish. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service FIRST CLASS MAIL. For custom orders, an additional 3 business day processing time is added to the shipping time. All custom jewelry is assembled by hand and therefore takes additional time to make. These time frames can vary depending on our volume of custom orders.  Are the earrings heavy?

Not at all!  The acrylic we use is a very lightweight material.Most  of our customers are amazed to feel how lightweight our earrings are. Wearing heavy earrings for long periods of time can damage the ear lobes, and should not be worn. We make every effort to ensure our jewelry is durable and comfortable to wear.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, we now make custom earrings and necklaces. We have talented designers who can work with you to create a custom jewelry item but, pricing and designing time varies. See our “Custom Jewelry” page for more information.

 Are the earrings available in other colors/styles?

If the earrings are available in other finishes or styles, additional options will be listed in the drop-down menu  beneath the item on the Products page.If there are no drop-down options, then we do not carry the item in other styles or colors.

 What is your RETURN policy?

Unfortunately we do not currently accept any returns or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Each order is carefully packed and inspected (most times photographed), to ensure you receive your item in the best condition before leaving our hands. Also, all custom orders are made to order, therefore they cannot be returned or re-sold to any other customer. This is the best way to ensure all our items are hygienic. Is your jewelry real gold?

All our gold hoops (unless stated otherwise on the product page) are REAL gold plated. While others are base metals with gold or silver finishes and are lead, cadmium and nickel compliant. However, we mostly use acrylic as our primary material for our custom jewelry.
